Spring break is over, the kids are back in school, and things are starting to settle back into a normal rhythm around East of Tampa.
And right now, this is about as good as it gets. Cool mornings, warm afternoons, and evenings that make you want to be outside. This is why people love living here.

You can take your time walking the lot, checking out builds you don’t normally see around here, and just enjoy the energy of it. Easy one to go solo, with friends, or bring the kids if they’re into cars.
