Spring break has officially arrived in East of Tampa… and if you’ve got kids at home this week, you probably know exactly what that means.
The school schedules slow down, but somehow the days get even busier. Between sports practices, spring tournaments, pool days, and trying to find something to do with a house full of kids, the week fills up fast.
Around here, spring break usually turns into a mix of youth sports and family outings. One day you’re at the football fields, the next you’re looking for something to do in the afternoon because the kids are suddenly “bored” after two hours at home.
It’s also the time of year when the weather is just about perfect. Not too hot yet, a little breeze most evenings, and the parks and fields are packed with families enjoying it.
If you’re looking for things to do with the kids this week, there are actually quite a few events and activities happening around our community.
